This villa is located in the historical village of Spilia only 2,5 km from Kolimbari and 3 km from the beach. Spilia is a traditional village, permanently inhabited and well organized with a mini market, Primary School & kindergarten and regular bus connections. The neighbouring  village of Kolymbari has approximately 3,500 permanent residents all year round and attracts a lot of tourists during the summer season but still keeps the traditional Cretan fishermen village character and is soon to have an international yachting marina.
In Kolymbari you can find plenty of shops, banks, Schools (Primary, Secondary & High School), kindergarten, restaurants, tourism offices and Health Center.
